Care plans
Keep your site working after launch
Care plans are optional, but I strongly recommend one. I keep an eye on your site, and you have someone to call if anything goes wrong.

Questions
Is a care plan worth it?
Do I need a care plan?
No, it’s optional, and your site stays online without one. But without a plan I don’t check your site or make changes to it, so I strongly recommend one.
Why would I want one?
Things can go wrong quietly, and a plan means someone is watching for them:
- Your contact form could stop sending messages without you knowing. I check that it works every month.
- Your site could go down, and you’d hear about it from a customer. I keep an eye on it for you.
- Your domain could expire and take your site and email offline. I confirm your renewal 60 days ahead.
- Your hours, prices or photos could go out of date. I refresh them with you every quarter.
- Software can fall behind on updates, which can open security gaps. I update it every quarter.
- A problem with Google could keep people from finding you. I review your search results every quarter.
- When something does go wrong, you have one person to call, and I fix it.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Essential care keeps your site working and accurate, and suits a business whose details rarely change. Full care suits a business whose menu, prices or offers change often, or that keeps adding to its site. It adds regular changes, a new page or section each quarter and a monthly call.
What if something goes wrong and I don’t have a plan?
Get in touch and I’ll quote the work. I start once the quote is signed.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes, at any time. If your current 30 days have already started, the plan runs until they end.
