About Northside Forge

One person in Queens, building websites for local businesses.

Hi, I’m Samuel Labastille

I build fast, secure websites for small businesses, backed by 7 years in IT.

I started out running in-store technology end to end for every Best Market store on Long Island east of Bethpage. From there, I supported 6,000+ devices across 150 Citibank branches and managed the ATM sites from 34th Street down.

Next, at a healthcare company with strict privacy rules, I kept logins and access secure for 15,000 users. Then came a global investment firm, and most recently Milrose Consultants, where I managed IT infrastructure for 14 companies and about 700 people.

Along the way, security became my specialty, so your site and your customers’ info are set up right from day one.

I have a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and full-stack web development training, and I’m finishing my Master’s in Computer Science.

I’m based in Queens, and you work with one person from start to finish. No agency runaround.

How I work

What you can count on

  • Only true facts

Everything on your site comes from you. I never make up reviews, awards, prices or credentials.

  • Real images

Your own photos, or licensed stock with your approval. Nothing copied from Google, Yelp or Instagram, and no AI-generated pictures of your people, food, premises or work.

  • Accessibility tested by hand

I test with a keyboard and a screen reader as well as automated tools, and I don’t use overlay widgets.

  • No surprises on price

You’ll know your price before any work starts, and your domain stays registered in your name.
